I'm a Polish designer with 18 years of experience — working at the intersection of craft, systems thinking, and design leadership.
I care deeply about understanding people. My interest in psychology shapes how I approach design: not just as a visual discipline, but as a way to grasp what truly drives human behaviour and reflect that in products that resonate.
Over the years I've moved between hands-on craft and leading teams — shaping design culture, building systems at enterprise scale, and helping organisations make better decisions through design. I've done this at Atlassian, Travelport, and through my own consultancy, Product-Lab.
I believe great design lives in the details, grows through collaboration, and matters most when it touches people's real lives.

Design has always rewarded a certain kind of mind — one that sees connections others miss, thinks in systems, feels the whole before the parts. Dyslexia gave me that. AI gives me the speed to act on it. Together, they're not a compromise. They're an advantage.
